About 6 months ago, my Dad was telling Scott and I that he read an article about the U2 in 3D show at the IMAX theatre downtown and he was really interested in seeing it! I was pregnant at the time and didn't think an IMAX show would be best for little Hudson in the belly, so we decided to put it off for a while. Fast forward to Father's Day and Scott and I decided to surprise my Dad with tickets to the show! My Mom agreed to watch the little ones while we treated my Dad to a well-deserved, belated Father's Day! It was actually a really fun evening - we first took him to the District Chophouse (so yummy!) and then we went to the show! If anyone reading this is a U2 fan, you must see the show! It was amazing!!! The show was about 85 minutes long and went through about 7 or 8 songs from a live concert in Brazil - those people really love some U2! Never in my life will I be that close to Bono again. I could seriously count the sweat beads rolling down his neck. If you are interested in seeing it - here's the website:

So, bootcamp officially starts tonight and I can't even explain how nervous I am. Last Tuesday, when I tried out the class - I almost threw up twice and Michael didn't even make us finish the whole run. I have a good feeling that at some point this week, I will throw up. It actually feels good to have that feeling...well, not the I'm almost going to throw up feeling...but the working out hard part. I've never experienced that before, even after 13 years in gymnastics! I guess gymnastics is more about perfecting technique then pushing your body to the max. So, we'll see if I make it through the first full week of bootcamp alive - keep your fingers crossed! :)
