So much to say.

So, it's been a while since our last post and we've had a lot going on! I swear about three times a week, I wake up and think of something I need to blog about. But as you can see, that's not happening in reality. :) Without making this post a novel - I'll fill you in on the highlights.

Sienna...

...Turned 3 on April 18th! I swear she may have turned 15 instead, but that's not what her birth certificate shows.
...Is just like me. We really are the same person. Can be very shy at times, very picky eaters, loves to dance, very talkative to anyone we're comfortable around, bad runners, very sensitive and indecisive.
...Is potty trained during the daytime and accident-free for about two months. :)
...Has started to become really into creative play. She really likes it when Scott or I pretend to babies and she can take care of us.
...Has lately become obssessed with the concept of marraige. She tells me in bed at night that she loves me and that she married me. But on the same token, she knows that Daddy is my husband. She'll also hold Hudson's hand in the car and tell him that she's going to marry him and he's her husband. It's really funny.
...Recently told me in the car to "Drive, Mommy, Drive" when I was stopped at a red light, looking at something in my mirror and the light turned green.
...Has taken about 4 months of gymnastics lessons. She is really starting to love it and is improving every week. I've seen HUGE progress in her motor skills and muscle tone!
...Now knows just about every word to "Bleeding Love," by Leona Lewis and "Mercy," by Duffy. She calls them, "her songs."
Sienna on the morning over her birthday. She got some make-up and a make-up bag. Yes, I'm stupid and we have since hidden all the make-up. :)
Sienna and Scott at a festival in Ashburn. They had this great puppet show that both of them were mesmerized by.
Hudson...

...Thinks he's been walking for 5 years and now tries to run. This causes MAJOR falls and bumps and bruises all over his face.
...Is hilarious. He definitely loves to make everyone laugh.
...Has about 7-8 words in his vocabulary...I just think he's trying to keep up with his sister, who never stops talking.
...Has major issues figuring out his nap schedule. Everyone that is reading this is probably sick of me complaining about this, but when you're pregnant, dealing with one child growing out of a nap and about to start school at the ripe ole age of 28, you'd be complaining too. :)
...Loves balls. The Easter Bunny brought him a golf set and he loves "putting" around the house. Watch out Tiger.
Hudson at his joint b-day party with his big sis. That hat lasted about 30 seconds - at least I got a picture!
This is actually a shot from Easter morning....I love how his legs are crossed.

So, most of you know this by now, but we're pregnant again! We're expecting our third (and most likely final) child this October. AND, we just found out it's a boy!! It's really exciting to think about the group dynamic with one girl and two boys so close in age... our lives should be VERY interesting for a long time. :)

Also, some of you may or may not know this...but I'm heading back to school in about 1 week! I'm starting prerequisites for NOVA's nursing program. I have 3 semesters (5 classes) of classes to take before I can enter the program next Summer. It's a 1 year accelerated-online program and if all goes well, I'll be a nurse by the Summer of 2011. :) I'm really nervous about taking on school work on top of taking care of 3 kids, but my family and Scott's family are sooo supportive - I know I can do this with their help.

A lot has gone on since your last post...I love how Sienna told you to drive when the light turned green:) Hudson is a riot! Both kids are so sweet, and we can't wait for #3 to arrive in October:) And good for you going back to school even though you have a 3 and 1 year old plus another on the way! Good luck with it all...and we are here to help if you need it, too!
