So, I know we've been back from Myrtle for about 3 weeks, but I'm only now getting around to writing about it! It was actually a really fabulous time! We spent a week in Myrtle beach with the Coghlan clan (and my Grandmother, who lives there) and my parents were soooo generous and helpful as usual. Scott, myself and the kids are really so lucky to have them in our lives. Thank you guys for everything!
Here are the highlights:
-Lots of pool time and fun! I managed to teach my grandmother and mother how to play "Marco Polo," and had a lot of fun with that! It was pretty hysterical and I cannot believe how much energy my 77 year old grandmother has!

-A really fun beach trip, complete with lunch at a fun restaurant right on the beach, Molly Darcy's.

-A birthday celebration. My Mom celebrated her birthday the week we were down there and we had a great day. We went to the circus and then to Ruth's Chris for dinner! Perfect day! Both kids loved the circus. Hudson amazingly sat for most of it and Sienna kept saying, "This makes me so happy!" Haha.
-Putt-Putt! Sienna enjoyed her first game of putt-putt and was so adorable doing it.
-Catching up with an old friend. Scott's old high school friend, Bryan, lives in Myrtle now and we got the chance to see him and hang out with him one night.
-A mini-vacay inside of a vacation. Scott and I escaped to Savannah, GA for one night and it was amazing! It's about a 4 hour drive from Myrtle, but it was well worth it! We got to eat at Paula Deen's restaurant, take a trolley tour, walk around near the river and mostly, relax. :)

-Shopping. My generous Grandmother and Mother bought a good portion of the kids' fall wardrobe! :)
