The title of this post is what Sienna said to me the night after her party this past weekend. :) We celebrated Hudson's 2nd birthday (March 25) and Sienna's 4th birthday (April 18th), by having a joint birthday party at the Dulles Sportsplex in Sterling! It was such a nice change of pace to let someone else do all the planning, setting-up and cleaning...all we had to do was show up and play - my kind of party! The party packaged included an hour of play time on the inflatables and then an hour of pizza, cake and present time in the party room. (This second hour turned out to be not long enough, but we'll know better for next time!) Sienna had a blast playing, but Hudson didn't care too much for the inflatablaes, which totally surprised us! He typically has no fear, but for some reason, he wasn't digging it. Oh well, maybe next year. :) All in all, it was a lot of fun and I know Sienna and Hudson really loved having all their closest buddies there to celebrate with them!
Sienna got a bicycle for her birthday and she was super excited! She had been asking for one (along with a harmonica and guitar) for a few months now, so we thought it would be perfect timing to get her started. She seems to do well so far, but needs a little work on the steering concept.
We made her close her eyes while Scott brought it up from the basement. It was adorable and she later told me that she thought it was going to be a Barbie doll - haha.
Karen and Meredith's friend, Ashley, agreed to do cupcakes for the kids party on just a few days notice! Sienna is our little princess and Hudson is more or less obsessed with trains, so that's how the cupcakes were decorated! I was so amazed at how they turned out - and of course, they were just as delicious as they are adorable.

Sienna is 4!
I totally can't believe I have a 4 year old. Where does the time go? She is becoming such a fun little girl and I thank God for her everyday. She can be a tough one to figure out sometimes. I find her to be either really easy-going or really diva-like, there's really no in-between. She LOVES her brothers and being around family the most, LOVES BSF, learning about Jesus, confessing her sins (seriously she can't wait for this part!), drawing, dancing and singing, doing gymnastics and ballet, getting her hair straighened (oh my!), and learning. We think she'll be more of a student, then an athlete, but time will tell. :) She is really inquisitive and has a great memory - almost too good. ;) Sienna is also a really great helper - she is my life saver sometimes and really enjoys being "in-charge" of the boys. We do have an extremely picky-eater on our hands and is hesitant about trying ANYTHING new, even desserts! Although, I have to say, she ate about 7 pieces of calamari the other week - I almost fell out of my chair - that was definitely an off-day for her and she must have been feeling really brave and spontaneous. :) She'll start preschool for the first time in September and hopefully (depending on my school schedule) will continue with BSF next fall as well! I can't wait to see what the next year will bring for her and how much she'll continue to grow and change. :)

Calamari!! wow that is impressive. It never ceases to amaze me that she won't try something oozing with sweetness, but at least she's consistent :) We had a great time celebrating with Sienna and Hudson!
We still can't believe how fast time has gone by, and how Sienna is already 4 and Hudson is 2!! All of the kids were so cute at the party, and those cupcakes were great;)
