Pumpkin Muffins

This is not a food blog.  I'll leave that up to the experts...Hungry Mom on the Run.  However, this recipe had to be shared because a) it's so easy; b) it's relatively healthy and c) even MY kids eat it.  (For those of you that really know how picky my kids are, you'll appreciate this.  They really take picky to a whole new level.)

Ingredients and Instructions:
Spray a mini muffin tin with Pam.
Combine 1 box of spice cake mix with 1, 15 oz can of pumpkin.  Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of applesauce to help moisten the batter.  (Note, ONLY use the spice cake mix, not any additional ingredients)  Mix well.
Fill mini muffin tins with batter and bake at 350 for about 18-21 min.  Watch these because my oven usually takes longer than most bake times.

This is a Weight Watchers recipe that my MIL passed down to me.  Before the addition of the applesauce, they are only 1 point each!  (And the applesauce can't make that much of a difference - espeically if you use the "no sugar added" kind)

This is the best picture I've got.  Aren't they cute?

Those sound delish...I'll have to try to make them sometime (especially if they are WW)!
