So, the story goes like this...Shannon went to the movies with some girlfriends and when I came home, Noah had broken his elbow. Scott said there was some rough-housing on the bed with the other kids and he must have landed on it wrong. When I got home, it really didn't seem that bad, because initially we thought he hurt his shoulder! Nothing looked too swollen, but he did wake up several times that night in pain. The next day we were scheduled to leave for SML, so we woke up and took him straight to the ER. They confirmed the elbow break and then Scott took him to get it casted. Off the lake we went...haha. Not much slows us down. :)
Scott's Aunt and Uncle have a place at SML and we've been trying to get down there for years! We finally found a weekend that worked (well, until Noah broke his elbow!) and we were so pumped! SML is gorgeous! It is such a huge lake and the mountains surrounding it made for such a peaceful and serene view. We loved it! Scott's parents came too and we all had so much fun swimming, jet-skiing, tubing and going for boat rides! Sienna went tubing and jet-skiing, Hudson opted for just the jet-ski. Brad, Scott's cousin, who took them jet-skiing said Sienna kept saying "slow down" and Hudson kept saying "go faster!!" Hahaha. We cannot wait to go back. :)
Sienna tubing with Margaret.
Some of the gang.
First time on a jet-ski. :)
Weirdos ;)
We visited the Booker T Washington Museum.
And fed some very big fish!
Sienna loved the lake - Hudson took some convincing!
Bye SML, see you very soon!

I know his arm has long since healed, but Noah was so cute in his cast. Sienna and Hudson were so brave in the lake! Great pictures.
